These terms govern access to Ariv Academy assessments, reports, career guidance and related educational services.

Accounts and guardian authority

Information supplied must be accurate. A person registering a minor confirms that they are at least 18 and are the student's parent or lawful guardian. Login credentials must be kept secure.

Educational purpose

Assessments and guidance support learning decisions; they are not medical, psychological, legal or guaranteed admissions advice. Results should be considered with teachers, parents and qualified advisers where appropriate.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the service, obtain another person's information, disrupt security, copy protected question-bank material, or use automated means without permission.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, secure or improve the service and will take reasonable steps to communicate material changes. The policy version records which terms were accepted.

Payments

No payment should be made until the complete price, service, delivery timing, payment provider, cancellation terms and refund rules are displayed at checkout.

Contact and exercise of rights

You may request access, correction, erasure or withdrawal of consent. We may retain information where required by law, to resolve disputes, or to preserve an educational or transaction record.
